‘I’m going to die”

‘I’m not going to make it out of here”

‘What’s happening to me”

‘I’ve got to get away from here NOW!”

“I’m going to completely lose control”

“Everyone is going to see how anxious I am”

“People will think I am crazy”

“I can’t breathe”

“There must be something seriously wrong with me”

“This is never going to stop”

“I’ve done all the practice and now I’m just as bad as EVER!”
