Deliberately EXAGGERATE the symptoms and see what happens!
Yes – you heard me! Since you are in no danger whatsoever – prove this to yourself by ALLOWING the symptoms to be as bad as they will be.
Deliberately exaggerate the symptoms and see what happens. If you are shaking.. shake even MORE. If you are tense.. tense UP even more.
If you feel faint.. imagine ALLOWING yourself to faint.
You will make the amazing discovery that once you accept to this degree you lose your fear and the symptoms die down..
This is a powerful technique – don’t dismiss it because it sounds too scary.
