Each day .. attempt some or all of the following..

1. Begin the day Mindfully

 

2. Practise One Minute Mindfulness

‘anytime, anyplace, anywhere’

3. Bring Mindfulness into your daily activities

4. Sit in Mindfulness

one to three times a day

for ten to twenty minutes
