This ‘mistake’ leads to a cycle of fear, adrenaline, fear, adrenaline

The irony is – when we MISINTERPRET & CATASTROPHISE the fight or flight sensations – the body receives a ‘false alarm’ that we are in danger and tries to ‘help’ by releasing more adrenaline!

This again increases the FIGHT OR FLIGHT RESPONSE which increases the sensations and we feel even more afraid.

We then become caught in a cycle

The PANIC CYCLE
