Real-Life Graduated Exposure Practice

for Panic Disorder WITH ‘Agoraphobia’

If you are AVOIDING or ‘enduring’ places or situations where you fear that you may not be able to escape or you may be embarrassed if you had a panic attack then you are said to be suffering from ‘AGORAPHOBIA’

In this case, it is important that you practice repeated Graduated Exposure to those situations.
