“I’ve read the first ebook now and I’m already feeling a bit better. I loved the little injections of humour and found myself laughing along at some of it in agreement. The part that has helped me most so far is your explanations on page 16 about how and why the symptoms are caused. In the past I’ve known that they were anxiety symptoms but not why they happened and I found it harder to convince myself of the reality. Knowing why they are happening helps me understand further. Thats something I’d not seen before.”
