When you lose your fear of obsessional thoughts
Your thinking will return to normal
To lose your fear you have to PROVE to yourself that the
thoughts in themselves CANNOT cause you any ACTUAL harm
and that it is only your reaction TO the thoughts
that is causing you any anxiety
To DO that you have to GRADUALLY face and
experience the thoughts (along with the feelings
and sensations they trigger) so that you
can practice with your new understanding and skills.
