‘Interoceptive’ Exposure Practice

If at first it seems too difficult..

If you feel you just can’t face these exercises

BREAK THEM DOWN into more manageable chunks.

Better to do a bit than none at all..

For instance on day 1 just spin a few times or breath through the straw for just a few breaths and so on.

As long as you do the same or more over the next few days you WILL start to get used to it.

Remember – like watching a scary movie again and again.. it eventually becomes boring not scary!
